1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and LGTM Solutions LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of the Rebriefed.ai website and platform (the "Service").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Rebriefed.ai is a newsletter automation platform that allows users to monitor news topics, curate articles, generate newsletter drafts using artificial intelligence, and distribute newsletters to subscribers via email and third-party platforms.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Certain features require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees as displayed at the time of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

  • Free trials, when offered, convert to paid subscriptions at the end of the trial period unless cancelled.
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to send unsolicited bulk email (spam) or violate anti-spam laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.).
  • Upload or distribute content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes on intellectual property rights.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems.
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without our written consent.
  • Use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its operation.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by LGTM Solutions LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the content you create using the Service (newsletter text, curated selections, subscriber lists). We claim no ownership over your content.

7. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate newsletter drafts. AI-generated content is provided "as-is" and may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving all content before distribution. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party providers (e.g., Resend for email delivery, Beehiiv, Substack). Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third party's terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability or performance of third-party services.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LGTM Solutions LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion, with or without notice. You may cancel your account at any time through the dashboard settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
